Meet Chanchal Bhati National Boxing Gold Medalist Athlete

Hello!l am Chanchal Bhati (Gujjar) Resident of Noida Uttar Pradesh and l Play for our nation India Boxing sports club". I had never ever thought that about to go in sports field in my entire life.when I was in 9th standard I was probably 15th or 16th yrs old. Before the starting of my business game l am so plumpy and healthy normally I go out for running in morning time the people in my surrounding and my neighbour make funny jokes on my fatty body.they tont on me that I would never do anything in my life with this heavy weight... This thing hurt me very badly l was thinking about this all the time how people can judge a girl that she would never do anything except making food in home.then I decided to get fit and healthy muscular body.after very hardworking finally I got it what l decide few time later gradually my interest my focus was turning toward Boxing game.then l decided to make a healthy career in sports and make my parents proud...
But it is not so easy for a girl to go outside alone without her family member.it just because a girl and a woman do not have any right or freedom to do whatever she likes accordance to the people in our society and gujjar community.who may be neither ready to support woman in this modern time also. Basically,l belong with a middle class family.me and my brother are so interested in boxing then we both decided to get admission in PCFL fight club in gearter noida.but my father was not capable to afford money for fulfilling our needs and requirements.Due to financial crisis my family was not supported me and I lost my lot's of time. My father was decided that he only supposed my younger brother not me because I am a girl l don't need to do boxing.after this incident l was completely broken.it was very tough for me and very difficult to accept it. But l never give up l always trying to convince him to allowed me also for boxing. I am doing lot of hard work and exercises to show him that I am born to do something big in my life and to proof themselves in front of society. I continuously requested my father for supporting me also. Each and every day I do lot of exercise, hardwork, practices just for convensing him. During practices l got injuries many time in my leg or my mouth or in my hand etc. As a girl l face many problems and situations specialy gender bias.l decided to never give up in my life I just made myself as rock and l left home got my short hair cut.
My achievements; 1.Three time district level champion in boxing. 2.Two times school level. 3.Two times winning bronze at national level. 4.l play many times open tournaments of boxing. 5.l play two times MMA professional. 6.Three time win 2silver and 1gold at state level. Last one thing I want to say thank you for my father and my family that finally they trust me and understanding me thanks to my coach they always supported me lot and their dreams is that I'd Play for India one day and l will definitely fulfill this dream.
